GARBAGE & RECYCLING

The Town of Pinetops collects garbage and recycling weekly from citizens with the use of its crews and a private contractor.  90 gallon carts are given to citizens to put at the curb for collections of garbage each Monday.

Recycling Guidelines:

PAPER:

Newspapers, Magazines, Junk Mail, Phone Books, Paper Bags, Cardboard Boxes, White/Colored Paper, Catalogues (2in. or less)

PLASTIC:

#1 Plastic Containers

#2 Plastic Containers

(look on the bottom of the container to identify)

METALS:

No Pie Pans or Foil

No Pressurized Cans

GLASS:

Clear, Brown & Green Glass

Bottles & Jars

No Drining Glasses or Stemware

No Light Bulbs or Mirrors

No Window Panes
